My career spans some of world’s honoured properties and celebrated brands including Four Seasons, Peninsula, Sofitel and Raffles, to name a few. From operations and business development to communications, marketing and brand management – I have experienced every aspect of the hotel business.
I managed a number of luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands at global, regional and national levels covering strategy, ideation and implementation. My multidimensional understanding of business and main levers at play, warranting me to formulate tailor-made and holistic strategies. This is how I make a difference.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Launched SO/ Hotels and Resorts, the first luxury lifestyle brand from Accor. The debut led to a rapid expansion of the entire portfolio from Asia-Pacific to Europe and tremendous brand recognition by publications like Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, and Robb Report.
Managed the strategic partnership with world-renowned fashion designer Christian Lacroix to position SO/ Hotels and Resorts as a luxury lifestyle brand and generated exposure with a media value of over 3 million euros in the first year.
Repositioned Sofitel Legend, a high-end luxury brand that blends the history of each hotel with modern interpretations. The result delivered the best guest satisfaction score among competitors in each location.
Expanded the Raffles brand into new markets with successful openings in Shenzhen and Bali. The relaunch of the legendary Raffles Singapore drove the highest overall brand recall against other luxury hotel brands in the same segment in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas in 2019.
Revamped and established The Peninsula Bangkok as a destination for high-end meetings, retreats, luxury events and life-milestone celebrations. Raised the hotel’s luxury positioning and optimised its revenue. Also launched The Peninsula Spa by ESPA, strengthening the hotel’s value proposition.
Winner of the 2015 Gold Bernache Award – Accor’s highest annual performance award for exceptional achievements.
