Raffles Bali Jimbaran Bay Launch

PURPOSE

To start a new chapter for the Raffles brand, using Raffles Bali Jimbaran Bay as a platform to launch the Emotional Wellbeing global brand programme.

  • Promote Raffles brand stories and its positioning “An Oasis for the Well-Travelled since 1887” through the opening of this luxury resort, which reflects the ambiance of its location.

  • Launch Emotional Wellbeing, a selection of curated experiences that evoke feelings of serenity, harmony and pleasure.

HOW

I worked closely with the hotel opening team to drive key pre-opening marketing activities.

  • Organise strategic workshops with stakeholders to position the resort.

  • Develop wellbeing programmes by leveraging the resort’s unique assets and location.

  • Establish marketing and social media plans. Develop high-ROI, data-led marketing content.
